		Gwyliau Rhydolion Holidays 5 star achievements..... Self catering at Rhydolion farmhouse was running in the 1950’s by our family and during the past 27 years when we took over the farm we wanted our guests to have a warm welsh welcome, high quality, cosy and relaxing holiday away from the hustling and bustling of everyday life at an affordable price. To maintain this quality to our extended converted farm buildings our aim is to make sure that all our four cottages are luxurious high standard, décor, antiques furnished, personal in-house cleanliness and always assessed annually by a professional assessor of the old Welsh Tourist Board, now known as Visit Wales. We are proud of our achievement, each year repetitively being awarded a 5 star excellence grade for each individual cottage – commented as ‘exceptional with a degree of luxury’. We like to keep ‘on top of everything’ and make sure that all our cottages delivers that small touch of the welsh x-factor for the comfort of our guests.
		What’s included? Please contact us for weekly prices in the cottages of Saturday to Saturday bookings. There is a discount for two weeks or more booking. Our prices are ‘all inclusive’ this means that when you arrive you will find your beds made up with pillows, quilt, sheets, covers and towels. We include for you one bath and one hand towel per person for minimum weekly bookings and bath towel only per person for short breaks. Please bring your own beach towels. In the kitchen we include oven gloves, tea towel, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, kitchen cleaning cream, scourer, kitchen roll, washing powder and kitchen foil. There is always a ‘ welsh welcome tray’ of sachets of tea and a jar of coffee, pint of milk in the fridge with a plate full of homemade ‘bara brith’- delicious home made welsh fruit cake! Our prices also include electricity, heating, coal and logs for the open fires in Hoewal and the Farmhouse. We do not ask you to feed meters at Rhydolion cottages! - all our cottages are kept warm and cosy all year for you with oil run central heating, Sgubor and Llofft yr Yd having under floor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor. All four cottages have ample information on local attractions, restaurants, local pubs and activities. We have created a ‘Croeso’ – ‘Welcome’ file of information for our guests in each cottage that has an A- Z information about the cottage, Rhydolion history, example of local restaurant menus and ‘Take Away’ that we can recommend in the area, also our beautician information and price guide if not previously booked. Each property have a dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer, fan assisted oven and grill, electric hob, iron and board, a full set of cutlery and other essentials, crockery and pans, flat screen TV broadband, DVD, CD / radio player and WI-FI connection. For the cottages there is shared access to an indoor games room with a pool table, football table and table tennis. Outside there is a safe play area for children, one for the Farmhouse and Hoewal and one for Sgubor and Llofft yr Yd. Each cottage has a barbeque and individual patio area with garden furniture. There is ample parking area. There is also storage for canoes and bicycles if required at no extra charge. Each property has 3 bedrooms, comes complete with bath Jacuzzi in the bathroom, as well as en suites or wet room with minimum one bedroom. Also a beautiful 4 poster or canopy beds are in each master bedroom of each property which are very popular for those honeymooners, memorable anniversary, Valentines Weekend, or a special birthday. The four properties infuse charm and character with beam ceilings and stoned walls. All the traditional and modern furniture in all accommodation blend in well giving an 'Olde Worlde' flair and chic style home and comfort.
		Disabled facilities ....... The disabled holiday accommodations - Hoewal and Sgubor- have been designed with inclusivity in mind and so are suitable for both able bodied and disabled people. They have all the luxurious features of the other two cottages but in addition have a number of wheelchair friendly adaptations. The indoor games room with table tennis, snooker and football table game also has a wide entrance with ramp access. There is parking directly outside the cottages and full ramp access into Hoewal, the single storey disabled accommodation or Sgubor, which has a downstairs bedroom with wet room. The toilet or en-suites are with grab rails and a low level wash hand basin with wheelchair access. There are 3 shower friendly wheelchair to choose from which can be used in the wheel in shower, a commode with flexible arms and legs and a toilet seat raiser. We can also hire equipments such as hoists or wheel chair for your period of stay if wished. Pre booking for these items is essential

		Professional outside caterers ....... On holiday? Why not treat yourselves to an evening of professional outside caterers bringing prepared food to your cottage. This is ideal for larger groups staying in more than one property. Please contact us for details. There are also leaflets in each cottage for local ‘take away’ menus.
