CONDITIONS OF BOOKING The hirer agrees to:  Deposit to be paid per week Saturday to Saturday. Deposit to arrive not later than four working days of booking. Full payment one month prior to day of arrival. Cheques made payable to (Mrs) C Llewelyn Morris.  Deposits not refundable Properties are available after 2pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure. Short break time as per arrangement.  The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss to the property and to be paid for prior to departure.  Not to bring any pets without authorisation. Only one dog per property, Charged at £10 per dog per week and to be added to total balance. No dogs during peak season i.e. July and August. Dogs are not to be left in the property unattended at any time.  To take care of the premises and keep in a clean and tidy condition. To sleep only the number of persons indicated on the booking form.
